Topic: How We Help
Understand what one person can do.
The value we’ll be studying is compassion, which means that we feel sorrowful for the suffering or trouble of other people.
For ecology, we’ll make winter bird treats.
Outside, we’ll play Rudolf in the Middle.
The songs we’ll be singing are When You’re Happy and You Know It, We Wish You a Merry Christmas, Jingle Bells, Santa Claus is Coming to Town, Frosty the Snowman, and O Christmas Tree.
For creative dramatics, we’ll pantomime Christmas activities.
Our art activities will be Christmas angel, string ornaments, poinsettias, shredded wheat ornaments, and Christmas bells.
For motor development, we’ll work on strength and relaxation. For motor planning, we’ll blow cotton balls, play wormy, roll toward the s-h-h-h, and practice obstacle course.
