SHOW AND TELL

Bring a song to sing or a dance to do.

Topic: Music

Music is the universal language.

The value we’ll be studying is joy, and we’ll be talking about finding happiness.

For science, we’ll be studying how sound travels.

Outside, we’ll be playing Simon Says.

The songs we’ll be singing are Singing in the Rain, I’d Like to Teach the World to Sing, Do-Re-Mi, 76 Trombones, Rock Around the Clock, and Day-O.

For creative dramatics, we’ll pantomime a conductor.

Our art activities will be paint to music and making a drum, guitar, shaker, kazoo, and tambourine.

For motor development, we’ll be working on coordination with music freeze. For body movement, we’ll be working on motor planning with listen and act, find the sound, blowing, and walking tricks.
